You bought tickets and something has happened:
Canceled or Postponed Events
In either case, we'll alert you ASAP.
Canceled Events - You'll get an automatic refund for tickets bought online refunded back to the original form of purchase. If you bought your tickets at a retail location, please return them at the same location for a refund.
Rescheduled Events - We'll contact you with the new date and time. Can't make the new date? Get a refund upon request.
Replacement Tickets
If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please e-mail us at info@ampedandalive.com Our team will provide assistance.
Refunds and Exchanges
There are No Refunds and no Exchanges unless the venue operator agrees otherwise.
